We usually cook with fresh products only. So it's not surprising we serve a lot of seasonal dishes! In spring we have got new potatoes, asparagus and lots of vegetables. Don't miss our flavourful Swiss strawberries in June! In autumn we serve fresh venison from Switzerland and neighbouring countries. During fall, you also find mushrooms on our menu. And of course the famous white truffles from Piedmont! You order a platter of our homemade noodles and we bring the truffles and an electronic balance to your table. Don't miss our Slaughter Feast with Corpaato's original recipes and our exclusive Davidoff Smokers' Night in November. Later in the year we serve fresh oysters and shell-fish. On Christmas, New Years' Eve and New Year we offer wonderful gala dinners, but you can eat à la carte as well. We are open all year - 7 days a week. |
