Every day we serve at least two dishes for the health and diet conscious food lover
  • Only 300 to 380 calories.
  • Vegetables are prepared carefully in a herbal broth.
  • Starch products are served separately, so you can better control their quantity.
  • Meat and fish are cooked in a delicious vegetable broth.
  • All wheat products are whole meal.
  • The dish does not contain eggs, cream and fat from animal sources.
  • If we use fat, we only use a little amount of cold pressed olive oil.
  • Margarine and a little bit of flour are the only binding agent for our sauces.
  • We use very little salt.
As everywhere in the Stadthof, we use naturally grown and fresh ingredients whenever possible.
