For your health.

Whenever possible, we only use naturally grown ingredients. Our suppliers meet very high demands.

 

We know exactly where our meat comes from.

Some pieces of meat are stored for four additional weeks to make them more tender. Our dishes are delicious and healthy.

 

Just an example.

We deep-fry with a newly developed oil that is twice as expensive as than conventional oil, but has much less harmful fat acids.

 

Quality has its price.

In cheap restaurants there is always somebody paying the difference: Either the animals who suffer from industrial production or exploited staff - finally the customer himself!
